The Museum of Australian Democracy at Eureka (M.A.D.E) has added a new high profile Patron Ms Lucy Turnbull.
Ms Turnbull is a prominent businesswoman, Chair of the Committee for Sydney and former Lord Mayor of Sydney.

The Premier, the Hon Denis Napthine, announced today at M.A.D.E a $300,000 Coalition Government grant funding a program of events over the 5 months leading up to December 3, 2014 – the 160th anniversary of the Eureka Stockade. Dr Napthine said: 'We all know from our history that the Eureka Stockade and the events leading up to Eureka were defining moments in Victorian and Australian history, and indeed it is widely recognised that the Eureka stockade and Eureka was the birthplace of Australian Democracy'.
